1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (UAE) We offer standard shipping across the United Arab Emirates.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. GCC Shipping We ship to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Japan, among others.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website or via your Alifbete account under Orders.
6. Shipping Delays While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cisafzllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
